Details of the Job/Internship
Corporate Professionals is hiring Legal Associate Research (ESG Compliances) to join their office in Delhi.
Joining: immediate to 1 month.
Role and Responsibilities
- Research on Environmental Laws and Policies (Domestic and International)
- Assisting the ESG team in researching for the purpose of writing articles, client outreach notes and ancillary matters
- Ensuring compliance with systems and processes and documentation of the same
- Handling research-related matters on all aspects of ESG, environmental law, social compliance, etc.
- Preparing preliminary opinions
- Proactively participating in Environmental and Social audits under the supervision of the team leader
Eligibility
- B.A.LLB(H) or 3-year LLB
- 0-3 years relevant exp. in Environmental Law Policy Research, the Social Sector, or a consulting firm on related subjects (Fresher with internship or moot court experience in related areas may also apply)
- Thorough Professional with deep-seated appreciation for environment and social projects
- Must have a scientific bent of mind
- Good understanding of Social Contracts (Theory and practice)
- Good research and drafting skills
- Good interpretation skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple research-based projects at once
- Organized and able to meet deadlines.
