Restoworks is hiring a Legal Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join their in-house legal team in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, commercial contracts, general contracts, and employment agreements.
• Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on day-to-day business activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy requirements across all jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, processes, and policies for improved efficiency.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in SaaS and commercial contracts and data privacy law.
• Exposure to employment law and data privacy requirements.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to balance detail orientation and business needs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
