Alchemy Group is hiring Legal Associate/Sr Associate with the experience of 2+ year to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate initiative and leadership in establishing and optimizing legal processes, standard operating procedures, and customized templates across multiple verticals.
• Contribute significantly to operational efficiency and compliance within the company's legal framework.
• Draft, negotiate, and ensure legal compliance of various contracts, safeguarding company and client interests.
• Classify and safeguard different types of Intellectual Property Rights to preserve valuable company assets.
• Manage legal aspects of influencer marketing by crafting and finalizing business agreements.
• Negotiate terms with third-party platforms for content syndication, digital campaigns, and collaborations.
• Provide legal support for Digital Media Monetization, specializing in programmatic advertising and ad space transactions.
• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations and international data protection laws, including GDPR.
• Lead legal compliance efforts, ensuring contracts, licenses, and approvals adhere to relevant regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law; additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience as a Legal Associate in a similar industry.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of intellectual property laws and influencer marketing. (Required).
• Experience in negotiating terms with third-party platforms. (Required)
