Details of the Job/Internship

Acelegal is hiring a Legal Associate – Litigation with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai, Maharashtra. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, petitions, affidavits, applications, and legal notices.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed case briefs.
• Assist in developing litigation strategies and providing legal opinions.
• Attend and assist in proceedings before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate with and brief senior counsel.
• Manage case files and ensure timely and accurate filings

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognised university with Sanad.
• 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Prior exposure to tax litigation is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Vashi.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
