S.B. Jain and Associates is hiring for the position of Legal Associate- TAX with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on Income Tax, GST, and other tax-related matters.
• Draft legal opinions, notices, appeals, and other tax-related submissions.
• Assist in representing clients before tax authorities, tribunals, and courts.
• Support the preparation of tax assessments and responses to tax notices.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in taxation laws.
• Collaborate with senior professionals and clients on legal strategy and case preparation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized institution.
• 0–2 years of experience in taxation law (internship experience considered for freshers).
• Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest or specialization in tax law through coursework, internships, or certifications.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
