Details of the Job/Internship

PN Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with knowledge of property law and title verification to join their Jaipur office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct online property record searches via eGRAS and ePanjiyan.
• Visit banks, Sub-Registrar Offices, Patwaris, and other local authorities.
• Verify the chain of title and identify encumbrances.
• Review original property documents and legal papers.
• Draft clear and comprehensive Title Search Reports.
• Coordinate with clients for documentation and clarifications.

Eligibility

• Advocate with understanding of property law.
• Interest or experience in title search and verification.
• Prior exposure to real estate documentation is preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
