Details of the Job/Internship
Kontract Genie is hiring a Legal Associate-Trainee to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of contracts and legal agreements.
- Conduct detailed legal research to support advisory services.
- Analyze legal documents to identify key factors, errors, or compliance risks.
- Maintain strict adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their unique business contexts and requirements.
- Support the senior legal team in handling complex negotiations and due diligence projects.
- Organize and manage legal document databases and internal records.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Prior internship experience in a legal or corporate environment is considered advantageous.
- Interest in working with businesses across diverse industry sectors.
