Kontract Genie is hiring a Legal Associate Trainee with experience of 0–1 year to join their office in Hyderabad. This is an on-site role where candidates must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial contracts.
- Assist in corporate and investment transactions, including PE/VC and startup deals.
- Support real estate transactions.
- Conduct legal research and due diligence.
Eligibility
- 0–1 year of experience, including freshers.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
