Kontract Genie is hiring a Legal Associate Trainee with 0–1 year of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting in corporate, investment, and real estate transactions while supporting the drafting and review of commercial contracts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts.
• Assist in corporate and investment transactions, including PE/VC/startup deals.
• Support real estate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence.

Eligibility

• 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome).
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
• Eager to learn and grow with the firm.

Salary/Stipend
