Details of the Job/Internship
Kshetry and Associates is hiring a Legal Associate – UK and Indian Law Expert with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have practical experience and sound knowledge of both the UK and Indian legal systems.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on matters involving UK and Indian jurisdictions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Assist in legal research and case preparation.
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders across jurisdictions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
- Dual qualifications (UK & India) preferred.
- Strong understanding of UK common law and Indian legal systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
