Details of the Job/Internship
Burgeon Law is hiring a Legal Associate with 2-3 years of experience in handling VC transactions independently to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Structure transactions.
- Draft and negotiate Term Sheets, Share Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, Co-Founders’ Agreements, Escrow Agreements, ESOP Policies, and Advisory Stocks.
- Conduct legal and compliance due diligence for startups.
- Manage closing formalities for transactions.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Must have experience handling VC transactions independently.
- Work experience in a law firm is mandatory.
