Details of the Job/Internship

PineBridge Investments is hiring an Associate, Legal with 3+ years of experience to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle PISDA and FCM agreement deliverables.
• Maintain MFN and IMA trackers.
• Update delegation and participating affiliate agreements.
• Prepare and manage Form D and Blue Sky filings.
• Support with Form PF and ADV updates.
• Assist with sub-advised mutual fund certifications.
• Manage documents and support senior attorneys on fund launches and SMA onboardings.
• Provide support for RFPs.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of legal experience.
• Preferred background in asset management.
• Experience with U.S. private and/or registered funds; Cayman product knowledge is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
