3i Infotech Ltd. Is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 14 years to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to senior management on a wide range of legal issues pertaining to the IT and BPO industry.
- Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of various contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, client contracts, licensing agreements, and service level agreements.
- Offer strategic counsel on legal matters affecting business operations, including contract negotiations, intellectual property rights, labor disputes, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and mitigate risks to the organization.
- Manage all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution, including assessing risks, developing case strategies, and overseeing outside counsel.
Eligibility
- 14 + years of experience in a legal role within the IT and BPO industry, with a strong background in contract management, litigation, IPR management, and labor compliance. degree in Law (LL.B); additional qualifications such as LL.M. or MBA are preferred. track record of providing strategic legal advice and managing complex legal issues. negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- leadership abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments. to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
