63SATS Cybertech is hiring a Legal Associate – Contract Management (Non-Litigation) with 2+ years of experience to join its Legal team in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts in line with legal and policy requirements.
• Facilitate approvals, documentation, and timely execution of contracts.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Maintain an organized and accessible contract repository.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM with minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, corporate legal advisory, or legal drafting (non-litigation).
• Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and adaptability.

Salary/Stipend
