A&T Law Partners is hiring a legal associate to join them in Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts.
- Provide legal transactional support to various businesses, advising on legal.
- Considerations and risk mitigation strategies.
- Handle litigation and disputes effectively.
- Attend frequent calls and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a reputable university in India.
- 1+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably a combination of litigation and in-house legal positions.
- Ability to collaborate and adapt to multiple competing priorities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated through interactions with the team, clients, and third parties.
