AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP is the second and the largest Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) to be registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

The IPE has 29 Designated Partners, 42 Associate Partners, and about 75 employees engaged in the CIRP & Liquidation process divided into various teams viz. CIRP team, Claim Verification team, Corporate Debtor Operations team, Legal team

Details of the Job/Internship

AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1 year to join their office in New Delhi for Process Advisory under the IBC, 2016.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting the Insolvency Professionals during the liquidation process, drafting relevant legal documents, and ensuring compliance with the Code and Regulations. 

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB/LLM)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IBC matters.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and related laws.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with insolvency processes, including Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Liquidation. 

Salary/Stipend
