Details of the Job/Internship
AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP is seeking a Legal Associate to join their liquidation team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and related laws.
Job Description – Legal Associate (IBC & Insolvency Process)
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the Insolvency Professional in managing the liquidation process and other related matters.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including creditors, financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and
- legal professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable insolvency laws, IBBI regulations, and judicial orders.
- Draft legal notices, replies, and other documents as required in insolvency proceedings.
- To handle end-to-end process of Insolvency and Liquidation process.
Eligibility
- Good understanding of legal and financial documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Experience working with Insolvency Professionals (IP’s).
- Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and process-driven environment.
- Strong research skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Law degree (LLB/LLM).
- Company Secretary.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IBC matters.
