AABSOLUTE Insolvency Resolutions LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in Nagpur. The role involves handling compliance management, case coordination, and legal documentation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
• Manage end-to-end insolvency and bankruptcy cases, including documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with legal advisors, creditors, debtors, and other parties to facilitate smooth proceedings.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reports.

Eligibility

• Qualified or semi-qualified Company Secretary or Law Graduate.
• Adequate experience in drafting and legal research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
