Details of the Job/Internship
AABSOLUTE INSOLVENCY RESOLUTIONS LLP is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Nagpur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Compliance Management: Ensure full adherence to IBC regulations and guidelines.
- Case Management: Oversee end-to-end insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings—monitor documentation, timelines, and case progress.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively with legal advisors, creditors, debtors, and other key parties to ensure seamless case flow and timely resolution.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for internal and regulatory purposes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Inter-CA, CS, or ICWA (those not pursuing further studies will be preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in IBC or legal case management is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work efficiently under deadlines.
Salary/Stipend
