Aarde Law Chambers is looking to hire a Legal Associate to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
Manage a diverse IP portfolio, including conducting clearance searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, responding to office actions, and handling trademark oppositions and cancellations, IP and other commercial Litigation, IP enforcement and drafting numerous agreements and policies.
Eligibility
- 1 year experience or a Fresher
- Bar enrollment
