AasaanWill is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Bangalore
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legally sound and customized Wills for a diverse range of clients, including NRIs and HNIs.
- Conduct premium doorstep visits to assist clients with Will execution, signatures, and legal guidance.
- Handle the registration of Wills at the local Sub-Registrar Office (SRO) to ensure legal compliance.
- Engage directly with leads and clients to clarify doubts and build trust during the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with sales and legal marketing teams to promote awareness of succession planning.
- Conduct awareness sessions specifically focused on Will writing and succession planning.
Eligibility
- Mandatory Law degree (LLB or LLM) from a recognized university.
- 2–5 years of legal experience, with a preference for backgrounds in succession or property law.
- Proficiency in English; additional knowledge of Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi is an advantage.
- Comfort with conducting client calls and performing on-site physical visits.
- Prior experience with SRO processes, registrations, or notary work is considered a bonus.
