Details of the Job/Internship

ABS FUJITSU GENERAL PVT LTD is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including contracts, NDAs, SLAs, and vendor/subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage corporate governance tasks, licensing, and statutory filings.
• Liaise with external legal counsel for dispute resolution and litigation support.
• Advise internal departments (Sales, Procurement, HR, Projects) on legal and compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs on relevant laws and regulatory updates.
• Maintain organized legal documentation and manage the contract database.

Eligibility

Education:

• LL.B. or BBA LL.B. from a recognized university

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in a corporate legal role, ideally within an MNC or infrastructure/EPC company

Skills & Competencies:

• Sound understanding of Contract, Company, Labour, and Environmental Laws
• Excellent legal drafting and contract negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
• Detail-oriented with strong ethics and commercial acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling EPC or infrastructure-related contracts
• Knowledge of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms
• Familiarity with legal tech and contract management tools

Salary/Stipend
