Details of the Job/Internship

Adept Global is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Associate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Possessing adequate knowledge of securities laws, general corporate and commercial laws and judicial pronouncements;
• Preparing opinions on intricate issues relating to securities laws, Corporate and other incidental laws;
• Preparing and reviewing corporate and commercial transaction documents;
• Assisting the team in investment/acquisition transactions especially private equity;
• Co-ordinating with clients.

Eligibility

• PQE of minimum 3-5 years of working in medium size law firms.
• General Corporate / M&A / PE.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
