Adrta Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 0–1 year to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing legal correspondence, contracts, agreements, and other documents.
- Proofreading and editing legal documents to ensure accuracy.
- Writing legal notices, emails, and official communications.
- Handling communication between clients, legal teams, and external parties.
- Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth information flow.
- Liaising with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders for compliance matters.
- Organizing and maintaining legal files and records.
- Keeping track of deadlines, filings, and document submissions.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and legal summaries.
Eligibility
- LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB from a recognized university.
- 0–1 years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal team, or legal process outsourcing (LPO).
- Experience with legal research tools (Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.) (Preferred).
- Familiarity with compliance processes and regulatory frameworks.
