Details of the Job/Internship
Adrta Technologies Private Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 0-1 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
Drafting & Writing:
- Prepare legal correspondence, contracts, agreements, and other documents.
- Proofread and edit legal documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Draft legal notices, emails, and official communications.
Communication & Coordination:
- Manage communication between clients, legal teams, and external parties.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and ensure smooth information flow.
- Liaise with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders for compliance matters.
Case & Document Management:
- Organize and maintain legal files and records.
- Track deadlines, filings, and document submissions.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and legal summaries.
Eligibility
- Education: LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB from a recognized university.
- Experience: 0-1 years in a law firm, corporate legal team, or legal process outsourcing (LPO).
- Preferred: Experience with legal research tools (Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.) & familiarity with compliance processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong legal writing and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail for reviewing documents.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic legal knowledge (contracts, compliance, etc.).
