Details of the Job/Internship
Advance Mobility is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their Navrangpura Ahmedabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research on various aspects of corporate law, commercial contracts, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and other non-litigation legal areas.
- Draft, review, and modify commercial contracts, agreements, deeds, and other legal documents ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Provide legal advice to internal teams on issues related to business operations, contracts, corporate compliance, and other legal matters.
- Help ensure the company complies with all relevant laws.
- Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring that all records are properly archived and easy to retrieve when needed.
- Assist with regulatory filings, including compliance submissions to government bodies, statutory filings, and adherence to industry standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field. A paralegal certificate may be preferred.
- Experience 1-3 yrs in handling corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
