Vidhiśāstras – Advocates & Solicitors is hiring a Legal Associate with 3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, file, and research pleadings, applications, and other court documents across civil, criminal, and commercial matters.
- Attend police station visits, coordinate with investigative authorities, and manage pre-trial evidence gathering.
- Assist in developing strategies for substantial litigation matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within India and abroad for court appearances, investigations, or client coordination.
- Flexibility to support matters across all India jurisdictions.
