Details of the Job/Internship
Aeddhaas Legal is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The position involves handling diverse legal matters, including document preparation, case analysis, legal advisory, and compliance with legal standards. The role also requires conducting in-depth legal research, drafting relevant documents, and attending meetings or court proceedings as required, while working collaboratively with the legal team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
- Analyse cases and provide legal counsel on various legal issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft relevant paperwork.
- Attend meetings or court proceedings as required.
- Collaborate with the legal team and proactively address client needs.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) with relevant certification.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of law and related legal principles.
- Prior experience in litigation or legal advisory roles is a plus.
