Details of the Job/Internship
AGP Law LLC is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in Singapore. The role involves supporting the firm’s legal services through legal document preparation, research and analysis, communication with clients and legal professionals, and assistance with legal matters as required.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Communicate with clients and other legal professionals.
- Assist with legal issues as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge and understanding of Singapore law and the legal industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in legal document preparation and review.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable law firm.
