Details of the Job/Internship

aiqa health is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Associate with 3 years of experience to join their Gurugram office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation of Legal Agreements and Documents.
• Coordinate with lawyers for ongoing litigation cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and work independently on assigned tasks.
• Review and keep a check on contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
• Manage contract lifecycle
• Ensure legal compliance in all contractual matters.

Eligibility

• At least 3 years of experience in legal drafting, contract management, and legal compliance.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in contract negotiation and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to match the pace with Business Requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
