AlgorithmX is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Must know how to draft MSAa & SLAs
- Knows how to file for Trademarks & Patents.
- Know about compliance like (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMi Level 3, ISO 9001, DMCA Protection, CDR, HIPPA & CCPA)
- Develop and implement compliance policies to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt policies accordingly.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure contracts are legally sound and aligned with company interests.
- Conduct training and awareness programs on compliance and ethical practices.
- Manage statutory compliance, including licenses, permits, and regulatory filings.
- Support internal audits and investigations related to compliance breaches or ethical misconduct.
- Collaborate with management on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Eligibility
- Must have both Company Secretary (CS) and LLB qualifications.
- Strong communication skills.
