Details of the Job/Internship
Alliance City Developers is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft & review agreements, MOUs, conveyance deeds & RERA documentation.
- Conduct legal due diligence & title verification.
- Liaise with societies, legal advisors & government authorities.
- Handle dispute resolution, litigation & arbitration.
Eligibility
- LLB graduate with expertise in real estate & redevelopment laws.
- Strong knowledge of MOFA, RERA, & property compliance.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Experience: 2+ years in real estate law.
