Details of the Job/Internship

Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate with 5–8 years of experience to join their Legal & Compliance team in Vile Parle East, Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, and negotiate legal documents including Agreements for Sale, Conveyance Deeds, Joint Venture and Development Agreements, and Lease Deeds.
• Conduct comprehensive title due diligence for land and property acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, MOFA, the Stamp Duty and Registration Act, the Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
• Coordinate with law firms, external counsel, and government authorities for approvals and NOCs.
• Provide strategic legal advice on land acquisition, project structuring, and regulatory risks.
• Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters related to projects.
• Keep management informed about legal developments impacting real estate projects.
• Conduct internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions on compliance and risk management.

Eligibility

LL.B / LL.M from a recognised university with 5–8 years of relevant experience in real estate law with a reputed law firm or real estate developer.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
