Details of the Job/Internship

Alpha Legal Consultants is hiring a Legal Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients and appear before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and various District Courts.
• Manage litigation matters independently, from drafting to final arguments.
• Conduct extensive legal research on case laws and procedural statutes.
• Draft legal pleadings, including petitions, applications, and appeals.
• Coordinate with clients and senior advocates to strategize for upcoming hearings.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
• Proven experience in practicing before the Supreme Court, High Court, or District Courts.
• Strong communication and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced litigation environment.
