Details of the Job/Internship

Alpha Terra is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on property, real estate, and technology laws.
• Draft NDAs, MoUs, service agreements, and platform policies.
• Assist in due diligence and property verification.
• Maintain legal document templates and trackers.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and regulatory portals.

Eligibility

• LLB graduate with strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Keen interest in real estate law and legal technology.
• Familiarity with Indian laws including the Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, IT Act, and RERA.
• Strong communication skills; self-driven and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Telugu or Hindi is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
