Details of the Job/Internship
Ambience Group is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal documents such as Agreements to Sell, Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, MOUs, and Development Agreements.
- Conducting due diligence of land and property, including title search and verification.
- Coordinating with external lawyers, consultants, and government authorities.
- Handling litigation matters and attending court hearings when required.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including RERA, land laws, and local regulations.
- Managing documentation related to property acquisition and project approvals.
- Advising management on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
- Maintaining legal records and documentation systematically.
- Assisting in dispute resolution and arbitration matters.
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- Enrollment with Bar Council preferred.
