Ambit Private Limited is hiring Legal Associate with the experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Eligibility
- The ideal candidate should possess good drafting and negotiation skills and, in addition, have a fervent desire to continuously learn.
- Candidates with a general corporate background should have a high degree of acumen with commercial contracts; manage business compliances, and have a proactive approach.
- Should have prior experience in handling documentation related to Banking and Finance sector.
- Post qualification experience 3 to 5 years.
