AMD Law India is hiring a Legal Associate to join its corporate team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and vetting commercial contracts.
• Reviewing agreements with a focus on risk mitigation.
• Assisting in structuring contractual documentation for clients.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience in contract drafting.
• Strong understanding of commercial law principles.
• Clear drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
