Details of the Job/Internship

AMD Law is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Associate with 2 to 3 years of experience to join them at their office in Vadodara.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and vetting commercial contracts.
• Reviewing agreements for risk mitigation.
• Assisting in structuring contractual documentation for clients.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience in contract drafting.
• Strong understanding of commercial law principles.
• Clear drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend
