Details of the Job/Internship

Amicus Publico LLP is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with experience of 1-3 years to join their Jaipur office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil, criminal, and IPR matters across various courts and tribunals. 
• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal documents with precision and clarity. 
• Conduct in-depth legal research to provide strategic advice and solutions. 
• Handle case proceedings, client meetings, and negotiations. 
• Assist in dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration proceedings. 
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to ensure timely case progression. 
• Stay updated on recent legal developments and judgments. 

Eligibility

• Qualification: Law degree. 
• Experience: 1-3 years in litigation practice.
