Details of the Job/Internship

Amplio Invest is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal notices, contracts, and agreements for the organization. 
• Liaise with external legal agencies and coordinate on legal matters. 
• Provide legal support to investors and employees, addressing queries related to regulations, compliance, and contracts. 
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the alternative investment space. 
• Ensure legal documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company policies. 

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized institution. 
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, contract drafting, or legal advisory roles. 
• A strong understanding of investment regulations, compliance, and financial laws is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. 

Salary/Stipend

INR 2-4 LPA, depending on the experience and interview rounds.
