Details of the Job/Internship

AMRG & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate to support its UAE Advisory Practice in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research on UAE taxation laws, including VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Track and analyse tax notifications, amendments, and regulatory updates.
• Prepare internal research notes and technical summaries.
• Draft tax advisory opinions, technical memorandums, and client responses.
• Prepare issue notes, presentations, research papers, and articles.
• Maintain and update internal repositories of tax research, precedents, and regulatory updates.
• Develop templates and standard formats for recurring advisory work.
• Support overall efficiency and coordination of the UAE office.

Eligibility

• Qualification: CS or LL.B.
• Strong command over professional written English.
• Good understanding of tax laws and legal interpretation.
• Strong analytical and interpretational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Salary/Stipend

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month plus performance bonus.
