Details of the Job/Internship
Anand Akut & Associates is hiring a Junior Legal Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join its Real Estate team in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title inspection and verification of properties.
- Draft and review documents such as Memorandum of Agreements, Agreements for Sale, Sale Deeds, Release Deeds, Conveyance Deeds under RERA/MOFA, Development Agreements, Power of Attorney, Lease Agreements, Assignment Deeds, Apartment Agreements, and Leave & Licence Agreements.
- Assist senior associates in discussions, negotiations, and finalization of legal documents.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of experience with a reputed advocate or real estate developer in Pune.
- Basic knowledge of real estate laws, redevelopment and development schemes, tenant co-ownership societies, and township projects.
- Strong drafting skills in English and/or Marathi.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in Marathi and English.
- Confident personality with good commercial understanding and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with Revenue, Registration, and other departments.
