Anex Advisory is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

Society Redevelopment & SRA Redevelopment

• Handle legal documentation and advisory for society redevelopment and Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies governing redevelopment projects.
• Work closely with developers, housing societies, and authorities to facilitate smooth legal transactions.

Land Acquisition & Due Diligence

• Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for land acquisition and real estate transactions.
• Review land titles, zoning laws, encumbrances, and ownership history.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with land acquisitions.

RERA Compliance

• Ensure all real estate projects comply with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) regulations.
• Assist in the registration of projects and draft necessary legal disclosures.
• Provide legal advisory to stakeholders regarding RERA guidelines and compliance requirements.

Contract & Agreement Vetting

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Ensure agreements comply with legal standards and protect the interests of all parties involved.
• Manage lease agreements, joint venture contracts, and sale deeds with precision.
