Details of the Job/Internship

Anoma Legal is seeking a Legal Associate for its General Corporate Advisory team in Bengaluru. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

The relevant candidate should be adept at working with clients across various industries including the RBI-regulated players and IT Services clients.

Eligibility

Eligibility:

• PQE: 1-3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience working on mandates related to Fintech, technology, and employment law.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts of varied nature.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to Fintech, tech, and employment sectors.
• Ability to provide legal advisories and opinions on regulatory queries.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
