Details of the Job/Internship
ANS Commerce (A Flipkart Group entity) is hiring a Legal associate for their Gurgaon office. They are looking for someone with up to 2 years of experience in drafting, and vetting legal agreements and contract negotiations with a specialization in business and commercial laws. The role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce regulations, IPR, Data Protection, Information Technology Act, Legal Metrology Act, etc. with expertise in contract management, research, and the ability to coordinate with different verticals of the Company.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Drafting, vetting, and negotiating a variety of legal documents including SLAs, Vendor Agreements, NDAs, MOUs, etc.
2. Working independently on assigned agreements from all departments including but not limited to HR, Finance, Admin
3. Reviewing and ensuring compliance with legal industry standards and company policies
4. Managing the contract lifecycle and contract repositories
5. Ensuring legal compliance in all contractual matters
Eligibility
1. Upto 2 years of experience in legal drafting, contract management, and compliance (preferably in the e-commerce industry)
2. Excellent research skills and the ability to work in an IC role
3. Experience in contract negotiation and legal advisory
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to meet business requirements
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
