Details of the Job/Internship
Anveshan is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Sector 32, Gurugram. The role involves commercial contract drafting, transaction documentation, and handling corporate and regulatory compliances.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, service, and commercial agreements.
- Assist in SHA, SSA, SPA, and other transaction documents.
- Handle compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, including private placement, share transfer, ROC filings, and board matters.
- Manage labour law compliances such as PF, ESIC, LWF, and factory-related compliances.
- Handle FEMA and RBI compliances.
- Manage regulatory compliances including FSSAI, factory, FMCG, and IPR matters.
- Support fundraising and investment processes.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree.
- CS qualification or semi-qualified CS will be an advantage.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of corporate and regulatory compliances.
