Details of the Job/Internship

Anveshan is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1+ years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and vendor contracts.
• Assist in the preparation and review of transaction documentation, including SHA, SSA, and SPA.
• Ensure strict compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, RBI, and applicable labor laws.
• Manage food-specific regulatory compliances, including FSSAI licensing and factory-related legal matters.
• Support the leadership team in fundraising activities and investment due diligence processes.
• Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on operational and supply chain risks.
• Maintain a comprehensive compliance dashboard to ensure all statutory filings and renewals are met.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or a Company Secretary (CS) / Semi-qualified CS.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Legal Services or a corporate legal department.
• Proven experience in preparing legal documents and reviewing complex commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing legal problems and developing strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating legal concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Must be able to commute to the office location in Gurugram.
