Details of the Job/Internship
Apna is hiring a Legal Counsel with 2+ years PQE to join its legal team in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, NDAs and Consultancy Agreements, including renewals and amendments.
- Draft and revise company policies.
- Draft legal notices and responses to notices received from statutory authorities.
- Provide legal advice and assistance in relation to statutory communications.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business and legal teams.
- Assist with corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions and compliance matters where required.
Eligibility
- 2+ years PQE.
- Strong background in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
- Experience in drafting company policies.
- Ability to draft legal notices and handle responses from statutory uthorities.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions and compliance will be an added advantage.
