Details of the Job/Internship
ARDEM Data Services is hiring a Legal Associate (US Legal Process) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join their team. The position is fully remote and involves handling high-volume legal data entry tasks, inputting new case data, communicating with internal teams and clients, and performing general clerical and legal office support duties.
Role and Responsibilities
- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entry.
- Locate and correct data entry errors.
- Compare data with source documents or re-enter data for verification to detect errors.
- Review, fact-check, and process invoices.
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
- Upload documents, perform e-portal filing, scheduling, and handle general clerical and legal office support tasks.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Diploma/Degree in Law along with any graduate degree.
- Prior night shift experience is mandatory.
- Litigation support experience is a plus.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Must have a laptop (14” screen, FHD resolution, i5 processor or higher, minimum 8GB RAM, Windows OS), AnyDesk software, and broadband internet of 100 Mbps or above.
